Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Lead Salesforce customization and configuration across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, custom agents, and Agentforce solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with Genesys, Salesforce Data Cloud, OpenAI APIs, and other external platforms.
- Oversee territory planning, sales automation, forecast management, analytics, and reporting in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, resolve technical issues, and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and mentor junior engineers on Salesforce best practices and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce solution design and implementation, with up to 8 years of total experience.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, platform customization and configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Agentforce, custom Salesforce agent frameworks, Data Cloud integration, Genesys integration, and OpenAI API integration.
- Preferred Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certification.
- Preferred advanced Salesforce Data Cloud expertise, Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD experience, advanced sales analytics and reporting knowledge, multi-cloud implementation experience, and experience with custom agent frameworks beyond Agentforce.
- Preferred Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II and Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certifications.
- Desired bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
