Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications using SAP for Utilities CRM.
- Gather and analyze business requirements with cross-functional teams.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and customized software solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance and reliability.
- Document design specifications and application configurations.
- Participate in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Support junior team members through guidance and best-practice sharing.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with SAP for Utilities CRM.
- Proficiency in SAP for Utilities CRM.
- Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles in enterprise environments.
- Experience customizing software solutions for complex business processes.
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance.
- 15 years of full-time education.
