Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance custom Workfront solutions and enterprise-grade integrations.
- Lead technical discussions with customers during project delivery and assess integration requirements during pre-sales and post-sales stages.
- Develop integration solutions through program coding, IPaaS orchestration, ETL configuration, and Workfront configuration.
- Partner with pre-sales architects, delivery managers, implementation consultants, and project managers to design and implement customer solutions.
- Oversee technical development and standard operating procedure documentation for integrations with third-party software.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, validate reported problems, provide solutions, and deliver post-deployment support for customer integrations.
- Support solution adoption, business-value realization, implementation optimization, customer satisfaction, and retention.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
- A bachelor's degree and 8+ years of overall software development experience are listed in the professional and technical qualifications.
- At least 5 years of client-facing integration and/or implementation experience is required.
- Proficiency with Workfront Fusion, Dell Boomi, or an equivalent iPaaS provider is desired.
- Proficiency in Java, PHP, or Python, along with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
- Experience with data migration from previous client tools and systems.
- Experience implementing solutions in SaaS-based environments and enterprise systems of record such as ERP, HCM/HRIS, and SFA/CRM.
- Experience with third-party software integrations and strong technical, analytical, troubleshooting, communication, prioritization, and consultative skills.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
