Responsibilities
- Lead technical analysis of P1, P2, and P3 incidents.
- Troubleshoot enterprise Java applications and analyze production traces, logs, and application behavior.
- Optimize high-impact Oracle queries using query tuning techniques.
- Design definitive solutions for recurring defects and implement continuous improvements to existing platforms.
- Participate in multidisciplinary technical forums.
- Automate operational processes using AI, intelligent agents, and LLM-based tools.
- Create AI agents in monitoring environments.
Requirements
- Experience developing and supporting full stack applications with Java and Angular.
- Experience with Java 17 and Java 8, JSF, Spring Framework, Spring Batch, Spring Security, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, REST, SOAP, WS-Security, JWT, Git, Jenkins, and Jira.
- Experience with observability and Splunk or similar tools.
- Knowledge of applied artificial intelligence for software development and creation of AI agents.
- Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and LLM-based automation tools and skills.
