Contract Staff AI Engineer [Full Stack Developer] (24 months)

- Provide engineering and operational guidance for enterprise AI, generative AI, and agentic AI initiatives.
- Design, prototype, and deliver scalable, secure, production-ready AI-powered web, desktop, and enterprise solutions.
- Develop and maintain AI applications, GenAI platforms, AI coworkers, knowledge-worker agents, and other agent-based solutions.
- Operate and continuously improve AI solutions through monitoring, observability, troubleshooting, performance optimization, bug fixing, and change implementation.
- Support and maintain AI infrastructure, tools, and platforms while advising users and stakeholders on AI capabilities and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least three years of relevant AI experience, including at least two years focused on GenAI such as RAG and agents.
- Strong experience with AI agent frameworks and GenAI protocols, including LangGraph, Google ADK, Model Context Protocol, and Agent-to-Agent communication.
- Understanding of GenAI application evaluation, tracing, observability, monitoring, and debugging for reliable production solutions.
- At least three years of software engineering experience, including Python-based development, software lifecycle knowledge, automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience building modern web applications with React and backend services with Python frameworks such as FastAPI and Flask.
- Deployment and operational experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift.
- Ability to work in a structured, methodical, self-directed, collaborative, cross-cultural, customer-oriented, and results-oriented manner.
