Responsibilities
- Support large-scale customer technology transformations through enterprise architecture evolution and management.
- Create enterprise architecture artifacts, including blueprints, roadmaps, architectural options, and future-state designs.
- Map customer as-is architectures and define target architectures for pre-sales and implementation activities.
- Guide enterprise architecture strategies, operating models, and roadmaps across public, private, and hybrid cloud and on-premises deployments.
- Provide expert consultancy for complex third-party and cross-Finastra integrations.
- Advise customers and colleagues on cloud transformation, technology trends, core banking, security, data integrity, and regulatory considerations.
- Engage senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops, present architectural recommendations, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in enterprise, solution, and software architecture.
- Strong background in core banking systems and financial services software.
- Proven experience deploying cloud solutions.
- Experience with security compliance, data integrity, data privacy regulations, and data security best practices.
- Strong understanding of business processes and business functions and their alignment with enterprise design and planning standards.
- Ability to create scalable, innovative, cost-effective architectural landscapes and designs that meet standards, regulations, and organizational priorities.
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders and delivering expert presentations.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to balance customer and company priorities.
- Proficiency in workshop design and facilitation.
