$231k - $340k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and scale a world-class developer platform to accelerate Harvey's growth.
- Build load testing and benchmarking infrastructure for AI-native applications.
- Integrate AI agents into the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Backend Platform teams to enhance testability and reliability.
- Gather feedback from engineering teams to promote best practices.
- Set strategic direction for scaling developer experience.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to uphold engineering excellence.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with scalable backend systems.
- Proficiency in Python or similar languages and knowledge of distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems and test frameworks.
- Experience with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Track record of producing high-quality, well-tested code.
- Proven technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Experience mentoring engineers and guiding architectural decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and passion for improving developer experience.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience integrating AI agents into a developer ecosystem is a plus.
