Responsibilities
- Help ensure production services remain available and operate efficiently.
- Support services across production, testing, and development environments, including monitoring, alerting, resilience, and on-call support.
- Design, implement, and manage cost-effective large-scale infrastructure involving cloud services, networking, and storage.
- Automate operations, deploy and operate solutions, and integrate them into existing production environments.
- Contribute to DevOps build and testing processes, release management, and product lifecycle management.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience operating services, ideally in demanding environments.
- Familiarity with SRE principles and practices, including automation, monitoring, and incident management.
- Hands-on experience with several of Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, YAML, and Shell.
- Some experience with SQL database manipulation and software development, preferably in Go, Java, or Python.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, curiosity, autonomy, and a team- and results-oriented approach.
