Responsibilities

Coordinate deployment, integration, testing, and configuration activities for Back Office Service and Mobile Device Manager solutions.
Collaborate with software engineering, systems integration, testing, operations, customers, and local stakeholders to validate functionality and resolve issues.
Serve as the primary technical liaison between development teams and local operational teams.
Support troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and debugging during testing and deployment.
Gather and document business and operational requirements from customers and end users.
Ensure successful integration into customer environments while maintaining project timelines and quality standards.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Proven experience in Controls Engineering, Systems Integration, Product Integration, or similar roles involving complex software-based systems.
Experience supporting software deployment, integration, testing, and configuration activities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate complex technical scenarios into practical solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English.
Experience with railway operations, signaling systems, rail traffic management systems, dispatching platforms, safety-critical or mission-critical environments, OT and IT integration, cross-functional teams, or railway operators is desirable.
