Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end implementations of HighRadius Cloud products for global Fortune 2000 clients.
- Write SQL scripts for data gathering and product configuration.
- Manage project activities across requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Conduct UAT and support client shadow sessions while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, technical teams, and QA to deliver projects against agreed KPIs.
- Test end-to-end process flows, provide end-user journey training, and validate value outcomes.
- Keep delivery and program leadership informed of implementation risks and project status.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of professional services experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably from a top reputed university.
- Good understanding of SDLC processes and functional consulting experience.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Exposure to international clients or projects, business analysis, and relevant domain knowledge.
- Experience with order-to-cash business processes is a plus.
