Responsibilities
- Design and build distributed systems for processing billions of behavioral events in real time.
- Develop high-performance APIs and services for advertising, identity, and intent features.
- Leverage machine learning and LLMs to analyze data and enable intelligent decision-making.
- Build intelligent agents to power user-facing insights.
- Design and operate data pipelines for streaming and batch workloads.
- Drive quality, performance, scalability, and observability across systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers on features and tooling.
- Contribute to technical leadership and mentorship of teammates.
Requirements
- 7+ years of backend, data, or infrastructure engineering experience.
- Experience in distributed systems engineering, including low latency APIs and event processing.
- Knowledge of big data infrastructure, including streaming and warehousing.
- Experience with applied AI/ML and LLMs for extraction and classification tasks.
- Proficiency in Java, Go, or Python.
- Solid understanding of SQL and large-scale data modeling.
- Familiarity with databases and tools like ClickHouse, Kafka, and Snowflake.
- Comfortable using LLMs in development workflows.
- Skilled in designing LLM-powered systems and intelligent workflows.
