Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain secure Kubernetes- or Docker-based cluster and application lifecycles.
- Build web applications and software functionality across multiple technology stacks using languages such as Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, and Go.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, GitOps deployment processes, and DevSecOps automation.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to architect containerized and cloud-native applications.
- Create scripts in Bash, Python, and PowerShell to automate security checks, deployments, and routine operations.
- Use AWS and other cloud platforms to support reliability, scalability, and security.
- Implement logging, analytics, monitoring, secure network configurations, and cloud security architecture.
- Assist with service mesh solutions such as Istio and maintain infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code and configuration-as-code practices.
- Use GitLab, Ansible, Maven, and Gradle while staying current with cloud technologies and security threats.
Requirements
- Secret security clearance is required for consideration.
- At least 2 years of experience with Kubernetes or Docker and 2 years of developing web-based applications.
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Vue.js, Angular, or React.
- Experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, Agile or Agile XP, DevOps, and DevSecOps.
- Experience with log management and analytics tools, AWS cloud services, Ansible, Maven, and Gradle.
- Experience with unit and integration testing and test-driven development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in automation, system efficiency, and security.
- Preferred qualifications include Top Secret with SCI clearance, AWS and cloud experience, custom Helm charts, Istio or other service mesh technologies, networking, big data, Python/Go/JavaScript automation, PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle/MongoDB development, Power BI or Tableau, and testing tools such as Vitest or Playwright.
