Responsibilities

Lead AI opportunity discovery by partnering with teams to identify workflows and pain points.
Design and prototype AI solutions using advanced GenAI techniques.
Deploy sustainable AI solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Act as an internal consultant, providing guidance on AI capabilities and best practices.
Drive adoption of new AI solutions and support their implementation.
Collaborate with core AI teams to leverage existing infrastructure.
Ensure all AI solutions adhere to security, privacy, and ethical guidelines.
Measure and communicate the impact of AI initiatives to stakeholders.
Stay updated on emerging AI models and industry best practices.

8+ years of experience in software engineering or a related technical role.
At least 1+ years focused on applied AI, Generative AI, or intelligent automation.
Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and architectures.
Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms.
Proven ability to rapidly prototype and demonstrate working solutions.
Expertise in designing and maintaining production services.
Strong technical skills in system design, coding, and debugging.
Demonstrated ability to translate business processes into technical requirements.
Outstanding communication skills for articulating technical concepts.
Experience working cross-functionally with legal, security, and compliance teams.
