Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Identity group's roadmap and lead initiatives to mature identity security automation.
- Design, automate, and implement identity and privileged access management solutions.
- Develop and mature cloud identity concepts across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Build controlled monitoring for privileged access and identity governance, including groups and users across key platforms and services.
- Develop and maintain formal security documentation, including policies and standards.
- Support security control governance, information security strategy, and consistent global security services.
- Script automated solutions and work with business stakeholders to develop identity solutions.
Requirements
- Strong experience with IAM lifecycle management, particularly Entra, Active Directory, and cloud identity.
- SME-level knowledge of identity security platforms and concepts.
- Strong knowledge of Saviynt and CyberArk vendor tooling.
- Knowledge of identity stores such as Entra ID and Active Directory.
- Experience developing and managing formal security documentation.
- Proven ability to improve information security maturity and manage internal stakeholders through that process.
- Ability to communicate information security and risk concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to script automated solutions and engage business stakeholders to solutionise identity concepts.
