Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Workday solutions to meet business requirements.
- Gather and analyze requirements with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Design and implement Workday integrations for seamless data flow.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday applications.
- Conduct system audits and ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for Workday configurations.
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and optimize configurations.
- Provide training and support to Workday end users.
- Identify and resolve issues while staying current with Workday features and industry practices.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Workday implementations.
- Strong technical skills in Workday Reporting and Prism.
- Experience designing and implementing Workday integrations.
- Experience conducting system audits and ensuring data integrity.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and work independently or collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented, proactive approach focused on high-quality results.
