Base Salary
$122k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own Health and Welfare domain expertise and tailor Alight solutions to client needs.
- Lead discovery and solution scoping for large, complex, single- or multi-solution opportunities.
- Partner with Sales, Delivery, Finance, Value Engineering, subject matter experts, and business leaders on solution strategy, costing, pricing, and proposals.
- Conduct client-facing solution demonstrations and answer solution and technical questions.
- Support RFP responses, develop client-specific delivery models and service descriptions, and maintain domain-related content.
- Document solutions throughout the sales process to support transparency, contracting, transition, and delivery handoff.
- Provide prospect, evaluator, competitive, and market feedback to product owners to inform roadmap priorities.
- Travel 25–50% of the time, sometimes on short notice, to support prospect meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in a domain area or related roles.
- Deep knowledge of benefits, HR, payroll and/or cloud, delivery models, administration platforms, and compliance considerations.
- HR, payroll, benefits administration, and sales knowledge is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience applying domain expertise in client delivery or sales.
- Excellent client communication, consulting, negotiation, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proven experience building and developing senior client relationships.
- Experience promoting a team environment.
