Responsibilities
- Design and optimize systems to reliably handle high traffic volumes.
- Deliver high-quality products quickly through code reviews and design reviews.
- Serve as a key engineer making system-design decisions.
- Design scalable architectures and develop services capable of sustained growth.
- Design and implement backend services using RESTful APIs.
- Improve software quality by writing testable and clean code.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
- At least 8 years of backend development experience.
- Strong proficiency with Java or Kotlin and the Spring Framework.
- Ability to design and develop object-oriented software.
- Experience designing, building, and operating microservices architectures.
- Strong problem-solving ability and clear, transparent communication skills.
- Experience in e-commerce or O2O industries is preferred.
- Experience processing high-volume traffic with non-blocking technologies such as WebFlux is preferred.
- Understanding and practical application of development approaches such as DDD and TDD is preferred.
- Ability to refactor legacy code is preferred.
- English oral and written communication skills are preferred.
