Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end GenAI features, including backend API services and model integration.
- Integrate and optimize large language models for specific business planning use cases.
- Build conversational interfaces and workflows for natural language interaction.
- Implement evaluation frameworks to measure GenAI feature quality.
- Design and develop APIs to expose AI capabilities to Anaplan's platform.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for performance and scalability.
- Implement monitoring and observability for GenAI systems.
- Collaborate with data scientists to productionize ML models.
- Write comprehensive tests for AI features.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Stay current with GenAI research and evaluate new models.
Requirements
- Software engineering experience focused on ML/AI systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks.
- Experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications in production.
- Proficiency in front-end development with React and TypeScript.
- Understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Experience with prompt engineering and RAG systems.
- Strong foundation in ML fundamentals, including NLP and time-series analysis.
- Familiarity with containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Machine Learning, or related field.
