Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise-scale design and implementation of reusable GitHub Actions and platform automation.
- Own Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and HCL on AWS.
- Manage GitHub Enterprise infrastructure and supporting services, including geo-replication, networking, VPC, EIP, and EC2.
- Drive security and compliance initiatives covering SAST/SCA remediation, Veracode, SonarQube, CodeQL, production readiness reviews, and secret and token rotation.
- Improve CI/CD, release automation, and operational practices involving PagerDuty, runbooks, tiered SLAs, and change management.
- Establish AI-assisted engineering workflows using Claude Code and GitHub Copilot, including patterns, guardrails, and team best practices.
- Provide technical mentorship, design and code reviews, and architectural guidance.
- Partner with the Product Owner and Scrum Master on planning, prioritization, and delivery.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing reusable GitHub Actions is mandatory.
- Experience with TypeScript and Node.js for platform automation.
- Experience with Terraform, HCL, AWS, GitHub Enterprise, CI/CD, DevSecOps, SAST/SCA, and GitHub Copilot.
- Experience working in Platform Engineering, DevOps, DevSecOps, or automation environments.
- Strong ability to contribute to technical and architectural decisions and provide technical leadership.
- Advanced English is mandatory for communication and collaboration with global teams.
