Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze requirements, provide technical advice, and apply best practices for Workday integration development and implementation.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations across the full implementation lifecycle.
- Implement new integrations and enhance existing integrations to support business changes.
- Monitor integration runs and ensure their successful completion.
- Provide internal Workday service and support, including handling production issues, defects, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with Workday Community and Area User groups to resolve issues and stay informed about Workday enhancements.
- Provide feedback on Workday feature designs, product roadmaps, and development progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
- Six years of Workday Integrations experience, including Workday EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and Studio, or equivalent work experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Workday business objects, business processes, web services, and BIRT Reporting.
- Experience with XML, XSLT, WWS, and RAAS.
- Techno-functional knowledge of at least three Workday HCM modules, such as HCM Core, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Learning, and Reporting.
- Understanding of the Workday security model, including integration users and groups.
- Proficiency with SOAP and REST-based web services.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, research, analytical, critical-thinking, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to exercise discretion and judgment with little to no supervision and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
