Base Salary
$160k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement autonomous AI agents for planning, reasoning, and multi-step workflow execution.
- Develop agent orchestration pipelines, APIs, scalable microservices, and containerized applications.
- Integrate government-approved large language models, knowledge graphs, enterprise analytics tools, mission data, and entity resolution tooling.
- Build data ingestion, semantic search, context-aware information retrieval, and AI reasoning capabilities for structured and unstructured data.
- Optimize AI workflows for security, performance, explainability, and reliability.
- Support knowledge graph design, configuration, and maintenance.
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline development and automated testing.
- Apply secure coding practices, remediate vulnerabilities, and support Authority to Operate activities.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical discipline is required.
- At least five years of full stack development experience with upward trajectory is required.
- Experience delivering enterprise software to government production environments and hands-on AI/ML initiatives is required.
- Experience with complex systems integration and modern cloud-based solutions is required.
- Understanding of secure software development practices, the Risk Management Framework, and relevant NIST publications is required.
- Government or defense program experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical, debugging, systems thinking, communication, and collaboration skills are required.
