Responsibilities
- Contribute to the MLOps strategy and design a self-service cloud MLOps platform.
- Support the machine learning lifecycle, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform.
- Implement security measures for sensitive data, machine learning models, and artifacts.
- Develop platform functionality with a focus on reproducibility and other non-functional requirements.
- Implement monitoring dashboards and alerts for MLOps platform issues.
- Create and maintain documentation for MLOps processes and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, software engineers, infrastructure teams, and technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
Requirements
- MSc or PhD in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in MLOps, Data Engineering, DevOps, or similar roles.
- Understanding of the machine learning development process and model lifecycle.
- Understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
- Experience designing, implementing, integrating, and maintaining MLOps solutions or CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong scripting and automation skills with Python and Bash.
- Experience with Azure services and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Understanding of Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Kubernetes.
- Basic understanding of Ansible.
- Experience with GNU/Linux systems as a key development environment.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments and fluency in written and spoken English.
