Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, performant backend architecture for the Ad Cloud Bidding platform.
- Develop robust infrastructure capable of high throughput and low latency while processing billions of requests per day.
- Own and drive the technical roadmap for sizable projects or services.
- Optimize services and tune system performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and facilitate high-performance engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect data and AI services with customers and users.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in modern C++ programming, including C++11 and later.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and a solid understanding of system programming.
- Experience developing millisecond-scale, low-latency systems and systems exceeding 1K QPS per machine.
- Experience with service optimization and performance tuning.
- Preferred experience with modern build systems, operations automation tools, cloud services, and monitoring and alert systems.
- Proactive approach, strong interpersonal skills, and problem-solving ability.
