Base Salary
$220k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create and ship differentiated AI experiences for sales teams.
- Shape Lightfield’s AI/ML strategy in collaboration with founders and executives.
- Identify user needs suited to AI/ML solutions, frame problems, and collaborate with product leaders on solutions.
- Prototype LLM-powered experiences and drive them into robust product features.
- Recruit and mentor teammates while helping build the AI/ML engineering team.
Requirements
- BS or MS degree in computer science, AI, or applied mathematics.
- 7+ years of experience building AI/ML-based products in NLP domains.
- Strong understanding of deep learning AI/ML frameworks or cloud services.
- Hands-on MLOps experience.
- Preferred qualifications include experience leading AI/ML product initiatives, publications in applied AI/ML scientific journals, and experience with open-source or vendor LLM operations solutions such as LangChain, Llama, and Pinecone.
