Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of a high-performance Web SDK for data collection and analysis.
- Design and implement algorithms for unique device fingerprints and behavior-based insights.
- Build and maintain a robust CI/CD pipeline with automated testing and release cycles.
- Continuously optimize SDK performance for resource efficiency and user experience.
- Stay updated on web technologies and security practices to enhance SDK capabilities.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Ensure data privacy and security principles are integrated into the SDK design.
- Drive innovation in browser-based solutions for risk and fraud detection.
Requirements
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, REST APIs, Git, and version control tools.
- Extensive experience designing and maintaining Web SDKs or libraries focused on data collection.
- Deep understanding of browser environments and efficient handling of browser-related data.
- Strong knowledge of data privacy, encryption, hashing, and obfuscation techniques.
- Experience in building cross-browser compatible solutions.
- Understanding of server-side technologies and RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in modern build tools and frameworks like Webpack, Babel, or Rollup.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of web development experience, with at least 3 years focused on SDKs.
- Proven track record of contributing to open-source projects or relevant work on GitHub.
