Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain responsive web experiences using semantic HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript, and approved AEM ecosystem frameworks and libraries.
  • Implement AEM component markup, client libraries, dialogs, authoring states, content models, and reusable presentation patterns using HTL/Sightly and AEM Core Components.
  • Translate UX/UI specifications into reusable, documented components aligned with Labcorp brand standards and design systems.
  • Build and test accessible experiences using WCAG standards, semantic structure, keyboard navigation, focus management, ARIA, color contrast, and assistive-technology validation.
  • Optimize Core Web Vitals, page weight, asset loading, rendering, caching, images, fonts, and JavaScript execution.
  • Implement data-layer, tagging, experimentation, and personalization requirements with analytics and Adobe platform teams.
  • Support estimation, sprint delivery, production validation, monitoring, troubleshooting, corrective actions, and approved releases.
  • Maintain component documentation, coding standards, support notes, and knowledge-transfer artifacts, including agency shadow and reverse-shadow activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 7 years of software development experience, including enterprise responsive website delivery.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager 6.x or AEM as a Cloud Service.
  • Proficiency with HTL/Sightly, AEM Client Libraries, AEM Core Components, HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript, and AEM front-end component development.
  • Experience with at least one modern framework or library such as React, Angular, or Vue, applied selectively within an AEM architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of WCAG accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, SEO fundamentals, web performance, Core Web Vitals, and debugging tools.
  • Adobe Experience Manager certification is required.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical partners.
  • Preferred experience includes Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics, tag management, personalization, and experimentation.
  • Preferred familiarity includes GraphQL, REST APIs, headless or hybrid AEM implementation patterns, Java, OSGi, Apache Sling, JCR, and Maven.
  • Experience with high-traffic, regulated, healthcare, or multi-brand websites is preferred.
