Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and integrate custom software components and enterprise applications.
- Build agentic AI applications, including tools, skills, prompts, planners, memory, and evaluation loops.
- Implement RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, vector search, observability, and guardrails.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with robust error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Write clean, testable code, unit and integration tests, CI/CD pipelines, offline and online evaluations, and red-team scenarios.
- Prototype rapidly, demonstrate solutions, communicate trade-offs, and translate business problems into practical AI applications.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of Java Full Stack Development experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into enterprise systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and rapid learning.
- Proficiency in at least two core development languages, including Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Java; C#/.NET, Go, Rust, SQL, and Bash are listed as additional options.
- Ability to communicate clearly, iterate quickly, and translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
