Base Salary
$124k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP architecture and functional design for finance technology initiatives.
- Lead ERP solution design sessions and translate business requirements into system requirements and implementation plans.
- Develop AI- and Copilot-enabled process improvements for automation, productivity, and user adoption.
- Direct complex workstreams across analysis, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
- Review current-state processes and identify opportunities to improve integrations, controls, and reporting.
- Guide teams through issue resolution, risk escalation, and decision-making during complex project phases.
- Coach team members on solution design, delivery planning, and client-facing communication.
- Build client relationships by presenting recommendations, validating outcomes, and adapting plans based on feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 7 years of experience required.
- At least one relevant Microsoft Dynamics certification is required, including Dynamics 365 ERP/Finance & Operations, Solution Architect-level, implementation methodology, or ERP application certifications.
- Master's or Master of Business Administration degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solution architecture in client-facing settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of AI and Copilot functional design for enterprise ERP transformations is preferred.
- Ability to translate business needs into process and system requirements for complex programs is preferred.
- Ability to craft executive-ready communications and lead coaching conversations is preferred.
Benefits
- Salary range is $124,000-$280,000 with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

- Travel is required up to 60%.
