Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure, services, and microservices across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Implement and tune monitoring, telemetry dashboards, logging, and alerting systems for availability, performance, and reliability.
- Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for testing, deployment, and release workflows.
- Develop Python, Go, and Bash automation scripts and internal tools to reduce operational toil and improve developer productivity.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot infrastructure issues and validate workloads in production and staging environments.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline as a third- or fourth-year student.
- Able to commit approximately 20 hours per week, up to 100 hours per month, for a total internship duration of 1,040 hours.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language such as Python, Go, or Bash/Shell.
- Solid understanding of Linux environments and command-line utilities.
- Familiarity with Git workflows and foundational CI/CD principles and tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Foundational knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to monitoring and telemetry tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or the ELK stack.
- Preferred: familiarity or hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, Snowflake, or similar data platforms.
- Preferred: prior experience as a System Administrator, Support Engineer, or equivalent hands-on lab experience.
- Effective English communication, proactive problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
