Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technology architecture for platforms, products, or engagements.
- Define scalable, high-performance solutions that meet performance and capability requirements.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, collaborate with teams, and make team-level decisions.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
- Integrate diverse systems and technologies within complex environments.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve architectural challenges.
- Mentor junior team members and enhance team capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow is required.
- Strong knowledge of platform architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
- Ability to integrate diverse systems and technologies in complex environments.
- Skill in troubleshooting and resolving architectural challenges.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their application in architecture design.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
