Base Salary
$138k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models and data pipelines for enterprise applications.
- Create secure, high-quality production code for machine learning inference and training systems.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts for scalable and performant AI-powered applications.
- Gather, analyze, and transform large datasets for AI/ML model development and evaluation.
- Implement NLP, generative AI, and other ML technologies in production systems.
- Collaborate with data scientists to productionize models and integrate them with backend services.
- Contribute to AI/ML communities of practice through demonstrations, technical talks, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Formal software engineering training or certification and at least 3 years of applied experience.
- Hands-on experience developing, training, and deploying AI/ML models.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Java, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end development practices.
- Experience with data pipelines and processing frameworks including Spark, Pandas, and NumPy.
- Understanding of CI/CD, MLOps practices, model versioning, cloud platforms, and containerization.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and critically evaluating their outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
- Understanding of responsible AI practices, data sensitivity, secure input/output handling, resiliency, and security expectations.
- Preferred experience with generative AI, LLMs, vector databases, RAG architectures, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud-native deployments, NLP techniques, and transformer architectures.
