Responsibilities
- Build advanced generative AI, machine learning, optimization, and agentic AI solutions tailored to life sciences.
- Design novel algorithms and applied AI/ML solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
- Support internal development initiatives and consulting-style client engagements.
- Present AI initiative progress, gather feedback, and communicate technical outcomes as clear business value to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Translate AI capabilities into practical pharmaceutical requirements and digital transformation outcomes.
- Collaborate across AI, Product, Strategy, and UX.
- Manage and engage business stakeholders in high-stakes contexts.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience designing novel algorithms and applied AI/ML solutions that drove measurable business impact.
- Experience working in a consultancy with a focus on Data/AI initiatives and client engagement.
- Experience building generative AI solutions for real-world use cases.
- Strong understanding of agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, Google GenAI SDK, and LlamaIndex.
- Experience using generative AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor.
- Expert knowledge of Python and standard data science packages such as pandas and scikit-learn, along with data cleaning and processing methodologies.
- Expertise managing business stakeholders in high-stakes contexts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous life sciences or pharmaceutical industry experience is desirable but not mandatory.
