Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, demos, pilots, trainings, onboarding, and custom builds for buyout customers alongside Account Executives and Customer Success Managers.
- Design and build screening, underwriting, diligence, and investment committee workflows in customers' templates and formats.
- Perform or support CIM and management presentation review, QoE and data pack analysis, operating model interrogation, LBO and returns analysis, comps, add-on screening, and investment committee materials.
- Support post-close portfolio monitoring, add-on pipeline tracking, and valuation workflows.
- Build the buyout playbook, including demo libraries, workflow templates, and use cases, while bringing customer feedback into product development.
Requirements
- 3+ years on the investment team at a middle-market or lower-middle-market buyout fund, growth-buyout fund, or sector-specialist fund, with demonstrated ownership of screening, underwriting, diligence, modeling, and investment committee work.
- Strong command of CIMs, management presentations, QoE and data packs, banker and operating models, LBOs, purchase agreements, and financing terms.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, comfort with prompting and agentic AI workflows, and the ability to turn manual processes into repeatable automation.
- Executive presence, relationship-building ability, and strong communication and presentation skills for demos, workshops, and technical underwriting discussions.
- Track record of partnering with senior stakeholders and optimizing for customer outcomes.
- Python, SQL, internal-tool development, customer-facing or commercial experience, and hands-on use of AI tools in investment settings are pluses.
