Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize software solutions and applications.
- Analyze and solve software engineering problems using scientific methods.
- Apply software engineering practices and knowledge in research, design, development, and maintenance.
- Work with minimal supervision on a range of tasks and problems while delivering accurate and reliable results.
- Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders to achieve team and project goals.
- Organize work against assigned tasks with a medium-term delivery horizon.
- Supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers when required.
Requirements
- More than one year of relevant work experience.
- Solid understanding of programming concepts, software design, and software development principles.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and apply skills and knowledge across varied tasks and problems.
- Ability to make decisions based on understanding of the situation rather than rules alone.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others and contribute positively to project performance.
