Base Salary

$105k - $120k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead stateside and offshore development teams across proprietary web applications, global platforms, and educational infrastructures.
  • Drive complex feature enhancements, technical solutions, API integrations, registration logic, and platform integrations.
  • Enforce code quality, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and maintain deployment standards.
  • Identify vulnerabilities, automate repetitive workflows, streamline deployment pipelines, and implement continuous improvement.
  • Lead testing for responsiveness, cross-platform compatibility, and regression prevention while supporting zero-downtime deployments.
  • Act as the escalation point for platform-breaking bugs and patch critical issues affecting live global events.
  • Maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures across software frameworks.
  • Manage large-scale projects, strategic development infrastructure planning, production SLAs, and tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of web development experience with leadership and CMS architecture experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript, XML, and associated libraries or frameworks.
  • Proven experience architecting and managing third-party API connections, custom registration logic, and platform integrations.
  • Experience managing offshore resources, leading development cycles, conducting code reviews, and driving product roadmaps.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to untangle complex legacy code while working under pressure.
  • Experience with STOVA, Sitecore, or similar event management software and Webflow is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with medical experts and medical content is advantageous; MLR submission experience is a plus.
  • Strong focus on data integrity, UX/UI consistency, code execution, and advanced data management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating technical concepts into business impacts.
  • Familiarity with modern version control and ticketing systems such as YouTrack.
