Responsibilities
- Support maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of applications and technology platforms.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to plan work, resolve issues, and deliver short-term fixes and long-term improvements.
- Use AI and other tools to monitor production health, analyze trends and performance data, and identify process improvements.
- Document procedures, configurations, and support activities.
- Help maintain reliable platforms, minimize disruption, improve operational performance, and support application stability.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in a four-year undergraduate degree program, preferably in a business-related or technology-related major.
- Graduate in December 2027 or May 2028 in the United States.
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Demonstrate interest in problem solving, new technology challenges, industry best practices, and continuous learning.
- Have knowledge or usage of AI tools such as Windsurf and Claude.
- Be able to adapt to changing priorities, organize multiple tasks, collaborate globally, and work independently when needed.
- Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future in the country where applying.
