Responsibilities

Support maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of applications and technology platforms.
Partner with cross-functional teams to plan work, resolve issues, and deliver short-term fixes and long-term improvements.
Use AI and other tools to monitor production health, analyze trends and performance data, and identify process improvements.
Document procedures, configurations, and support activities.
Help maintain reliable platforms, minimize disruption, improve operational performance, and support application stability.

Be enrolled in a four-year undergraduate degree program, preferably in a business-related or technology-related major.
Graduate in December 2027 or May 2028 in the United States.
Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
Demonstrate interest in problem solving, new technology challenges, industry best practices, and continuous learning.
Have knowledge or usage of AI tools such as Windsurf and Claude.
Be able to adapt to changing priorities, organize multiple tasks, collaborate globally, and work independently when needed.
Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future in the country where applying.

10-week summer internship experience.
