Responsibilities

Develop and deliver key features for the product in collaboration with the Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, and Product Manager.
Mentor junior team members and guide their development.
Ensure the reliability of features through comprehensive unit and integration testing.
Participate in on-call rotations to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.

4+ years of backend engineering experience with distributed systems in Python and Golang.
Proven platform ownership with end-to-end system design and delivery.
Expertise in building resilient, scalable systems with SQL/NoSQL databases.
Strong architectural thinking and ability to write technical design documents.
Demonstrated growth-oriented mindset with increasing impact and responsibility.
Excellent asynchronous collaboration and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented approach to code quality, testing, and performance.
