Responsibilities
- Develop, integrate, document, and maintain Windows endpoint software and internal tools for Arctic Wolf’s Agent Client and security services teams.
- Complete assigned and self-generated software development work independently, including complex programming and debugging tasks.
- Analyze unusual and diverse technical issues, identify causes, and devise creative solutions with limited information or precedent.
- Mentor new and junior team members and collaborate with globally distributed teams.
- Understand the product and how Security Services delivers its service.
- Participate in department R&D demos and the annual four-day hackathon.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of software development experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of software development practices and mastery of writing and debugging code.
- Ability to complete solutions with little or no guidance and implement software systems independently.
- Experience with one or more of .NET, C++, Go, AWS, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Rust, or similar technologies.
- Demonstrated leadership experience from previous projects is helpful regardless of formal title.
- Windows kernel-mode development experience is preferred.
- Experience with AI-based tooling for endpoint management is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with professionals from different cultures and backgrounds.
