Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable applications for Customer Service, Returns, and Loyalty platforms.
- Develop backend services, APIs, and system integrations using Java Spring Framework and support frontend development using Vue.js.
- Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Improve system performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability through continuous optimization.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution to maintain system stability and service availability.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Contribute to development and testing activities and use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Hands-on experience with Java Spring Framework/Spring Boot and Vue.js.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and debugging techniques.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, ownership, and willingness to learn.
