Responsibilities
- Define and govern the overall software architecture of the SISC2 platform.
- Lead platform modernization and scalability strategy.
- Design modular, distributed, and interoperable architectures.
- Integrate heterogeneous operational systems, including CCTV, radars, UAV feeds, GIS, VTS/VTMIS, tactical communications, and AI/video analytics.
- Establish DevSecOps, CI/CD, and software governance processes.
- Ensure platform resilience, cybersecurity, and operational continuity.
- Support technology roadmaps, customer engagements, and proposal activities.
- Provide technical authority and leadership across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Requirements
- Strong experience with enterprise and distributed software architectures.
- Strong experience with microservices and API-driven systems.
- Experience with backend technologies such as .NET, Java, Python, or similar.
- Experience with databases and geospatial systems, including PostGIS/GIS.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux environments.
- Experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with real-time operational platforms.
- Strong architectural, systems-integration, operational-systems, and strategic technology capabilities.
- Leadership capability across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Experience in C2ISR/PSIM, defense or security systems, airport or port security, critical infrastructure protection, tactical communications, UAV integration environments, or public safety platforms is highly desirable.
