Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack

Responsibilities
- Build full-stack features in Go, React, and Ember for key customer workflows.
- Collaborate with teammates to turn ideas into shipped customer value.
- Share knowledge through progress videos, writing, and mentorship.
- Help evolve systems to scale with more customers, messages, and use cases.
- Use AI agents to scope multi-file changes, write prompts, and verify results.
- Own problems end to end and contribute to technical decisions.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience building and scaling backend services and product-facing features.
- Fluency in TypeScript, React or a similar frontend technology, and a statically typed backend language such as Go.
- Strong attention to frontend polish, backend performance, and overall customer experience.
- Proficiency with APIs, relational databases, and writing testable, performant code.
- Demonstrated ownership of technical decisions and complex projects.
