Base Salary
$85k - $110k/yr
Responsibilities
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing across software modules.
- Develop test cases and scripts and contribute to test automation.
- Log defects, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with developers to validate fixes.
- Interpret and validate requirements and user stories.
- Maintain documentation and software testing traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and Agile team members to improve testing processes and software quality.
Requirements
- Active Secret U.S. government security clearance is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required to maintain the Secret clearance.
- At least 3 years of software testing experience is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
- Strong testing fundamentals, analytical skills, documentation habits, communication skills, and requirements-validation ability are required.
- ISDS testing experience, ISTQB certification, experience creating test plans and traceability matrices, and familiarity with Agile testing processes are preferred.
