Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, maintain, and troubleshoot software solutions.
- Implement features and enhancements with limited supervision.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in Agile planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
- Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge of modern development practices.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of software development experience.
- Experience building and maintaining software applications.
- Understanding of software engineering principles and development practices.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Preferred: experience with cloud-native technologies and modern development frameworks.
- Preferred: familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
- Preferred: experience supporting federal government programs.
- Preferred: relevant technical certifications.
