Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, implementation, and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and make decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Design and maintain scalable ServiceNow CMDB architectures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration and integration issues.
- Lead best-practice implementation to improve software quality and efficiency.
- Mentor team members and coordinate cross-functional efforts with business objectives and project timelines.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB and Implementation Specialist capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of configuration management principles and practices within ServiceNow environments.
- Experience designing and maintaining scalable CMDB architectures for enterprise needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex configuration and integration issues.
- Familiarity with IT service management processes and their integration with CMDB.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement configuration management solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
