Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications according to client business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with solutions architects, business analysts, senior developers, project managers, and stakeholders on solution design and implementation.
- Support data migration from legacy systems and validate data structures, schemas, tables, and fields.
- Assist with ServiceNow integrations with other systems and applications.
- Document configurations, customizations, data schemas, and technical decisions.
- Test ServiceNow configurations for functionality, data integrity, and user experience, and resolve identified issues.
- Support end-user training, change management, incident resolution, and problem resolution.
- Adhere to security best practices and applicable compliance requirements.
- Maintain ServiceNow knowledge through continued certification, training, and awareness of platform enhancements.
- Communicate project risks, issues, successes, and status with project teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- ServiceNow mainline certification, with preference for ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
- Must reside in the United States, be authorized to work in the United States, and perform all work within the United States.
- Preferred hands-on experience of more than 480 hours configuring or building each of one to three ServiceNow applications.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and best practices.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT service management principles.
- Technical skills in scripting, workflow configuration, and business rule development.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
