Base Salary
$207k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Optimize Search results and ad experiences using AI to improve content discovery, ad quality, business generation, and advertiser growth.
- Apply machine learning, LLMs, and agentic AI to optimization problems across Search Ads and deliver AI-powered ad experiences.
- Design, build, and maintain self-service tools and platform features embedding AI/ML quality evaluation methods.
- Architect systems for deploying and serving AI/ML models for data quality assessment.
- Lead foundational, open-ended technical efforts and manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Eight years of experience in software development.
- Eight years of experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages, including Java, C/C++, or Python.
- Five years of experience with ML design and ML infrastructure, including model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, or fine-tuning.
- Experience with multimodal machine learning or LLMs, including building and launching products.
- Experience building, experimenting with, and deploying AI-first systems and processes into production.
- Preferred: applied AI/ML experience involving model development, fine-tuning, application, and evaluation.
- Preferred: experience using Generative AI/LLMs for user-facing problems.
- Preferred: experience designing and building full-stack systems and self-service platforms.
- Preferred: experience with search/ads or quality systems and familiarity with AI/ML research, evaluation methodologies, and data quality practices.
Benefits
- US base salary of $207000 - $300000, plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
