Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions into production.
- Apply prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, model evaluation, monitoring metrics, and drift detection.
- Develop scalable AI solutions using cloud-native architectures on Azure and AWS with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Engineer pipelines and systems for large-scale, unstructured, and multimodal data.
- Collaborate with customers to translate business challenges into trustworthy AI solutions.
- Apply responsible AI, model interpretability, ethical, security, privacy, and compliance practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical direction while contributing hands-on delivery.
- Promote modern AI frameworks, AI operations best practices, engineering excellence, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- A minimum 2.1 degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Statistics, or a similar quantitative field.
- Demonstrable experience deploying modern AI and machine learning solutions into production.
- Strong Python skills and grounding in software engineering practices including testing and code reviews.
- Experience developing solutions at scale on Azure and AWS, with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Expertise in data engineering for AI and handling large-scale, unstructured, and multimodal data.
- Understanding of responsible AI principles, model interpretability, and ethical considerations.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Desirable experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, GPT, Llama, Claude, Gemini, scikit-learn, and XGBoost.
- Desirable experience with LLM fine-tuning or distillation, vector databases, semantic search, and knowledge graphs.
- Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications are desirable.
- Familiarity with AI security, privacy, and compliance standards such as ISO42001 is desirable.
