Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Architect and implement high-performance APIs and microservices.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and promote coding best practices.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers.
- Improve the software development lifecycle through automation, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support high availability and service reliability.
- Evaluate and integrate tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve development processes.
- Drive technical vision, architecture discussions, and long-term project planning.
- Apply AI-assisted development techniques across requirements analysis, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and operational support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience delivering complex, scalable applications.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python and familiarity with their ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of software architecture patterns and RESTful API design.
- Experience building and maintaining legacy ASP.NET web applications.
- Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud and container orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Expertise in database design and optimization for SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, technical presentation, and documentation skills.
- Experience using AI-assisted development platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools.
- Experience integrating AI services, models, or agents into production applications is preferred.
