Responsibilities
- Design and develop software solutions that meet business needs.
- Build and enhance full-stack applications, services, and APIs.
- Participate in sprint planning, release planning, and prioritization.
- Perform coding, testing, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Support application deployments, releases, production operations, and issue resolution.
- Write unit tests and maintain high code quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence capabilities and apply prompt engineering techniques.
- Evaluate scalable technology solutions and improve workflows through automation and intelligent processes.
- Integrate and monitor artificial intelligence solutions in production.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, technical leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate testing activities and user acceptance support.
- Contribute to coding standards, development best practices, technical innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, information technology, or a related field.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and supporting production applications.
- Experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, database design principles, RESTful APIs, and web services.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Amazon Web Services, and DevOps tools and practices.
- Asset management industry experience is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication, collaboration, independence, attention to detail, and quality focus.
