Base Salary
$65k - $112k/yr
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Translate functional requirements into scalable technical designs with end-to-end traceability.
- Design, develop, and implement robust applications using modern development frameworks.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams on deliverables.
- Identify performance optimization opportunities and implement application improvements.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment.
- Support Agile processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience developing and building high-performing, scalable enterprise applications.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools and modern coding practices.
- Strong expertise in Java-based workflow stacks and backend development.
- Proficiency with Angular for front-end development.
- Hands-on experience with Python for scripting, automation, or backend services.
- Knowledge of Oracle, PL/SQL, and database design concepts.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience implementing test automation and adopting shift-left testing practices.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and Git, including branching, merging, and pull requests.
- Experience with JIRA, Zephyr Scale, and Confluence.
